I’m Calebro.

I started out as a technical writer, turning complicated software into guides and documentation people could actually follow. Along the way I learned that the best explanations come from really understanding how things are built.

So I started building. I picked up JavaScript, TypeScript, React and Next.js, and moved into design systems and content sites made to scale. Writing taught me to care about clarity. Engineering gave me a way to ship it.

Along the way I kept coming back to the same problems: how people find jobs, how remote work really functions, and how recruitment software could be less painful for candidates and companies alike. That became the focus of what I build and write about.

Today, I’m working on Talentkoi.com, an agent-first recruitment and job search platform where AI agents take on the tedious parts of hiring and searching, so people can spend their time on the conversations that matter.
